At Anushka Jain Jewellery, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal or contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box along with the authenticity certificate and invoice to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Pickup and Inspection

  We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address, followed by a thorough quality check at our warehouse to ensure the item is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged piece will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
